pricing methodology. we don't sell hardware. we sell knowledge. while it is probably impossible to quantity and price the value of the knowledge which we provide you, we can quantity how long it takes to do so. therefore the majority of our services involve an hourly charge based upon our time working for you. its easiest to compare our services with those of an attorney. we bill for time spent working on your problem or project. sometimes this may involve time not at your physical location; such as on the telephone, or communicating with third-parties about your problem or project. if you have any questions about billing don't hesitate to ask. of course sometimes we may agree on flat fee for some services, such as a bid situations or for home pc repairs.(see below) once again, ask us if you have any questions.

business consultation:
service is sometimes available on weekends and outside normal business hours. unless for our convienence or notified otherwise, services after normal business hours are priced at the after hours rate listed above. normal business hours are defined at 7:30am to 6:00pm monday thru friday except for state holidays. if we provide services while at our offices and not yours then our costs are lower and we pass the savings on to you. reviewing a suppliers bid, researching a problem, calling your software technical support, and transferring data via ftp to vendors, are all examples of work we may perform at our offices and that time will be billed at the offsite rate. telephone or remote support when available is priced at $25 per hour and the minimum charge is $20. of course there is never a charge for general questions from our clients. support calls are defined as calls referencing a specific problem with a request for a resolution. if a resolution cannot be reached remotely and a onsite visit is made, there will not be a charge for the support call only the follow up onsite service call(s). service contracts are also available to help budget your technology costs and can include both onsite, offsite, and remote support options.

home services:
home services are for non-commercial use personal computers and networking setups. most services are offered at a flat rate. onsite pickup/dropoff in our service area is offered at no charge. call us for pricing for at home repair or services at your home.

custom computer building:
we help spec out a new machine and then assemble your parts. testing and performance tuning for maximum performance. perfect for that new gaming machine. call for more details.

training:
individual or group training on software, hardware, security or general computing issues. we know how to relate to users of any level. call for more details
